To ensure fair and equal assessments for all players, U15 evaluations will now begin September 21. Previous scores will be cleared so every player starts fresh. The Hockey ops team strives to hold fair and equal sort out evaluations at the start of every season.
With this in mind, we have decided that U15 player evaluations will not start until Sept 21st. We realized our evaluation drills, and overall plan, did not allow for fair and equal evaluation of all players.
The subgroup A-L went through a drill session on Sunday, which did not allow for the players skills to be demonstrated. Thus we are erasing those evaluation scores, and starting fresh on Sunday. This will allow each player the chance to make the team that will best help their development.
