Dear Members,
The
2026 Annual General Meeting of the
Richmond Munster and District Minor Hockey Association (RMMHA) will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 7:00pm. The location of the meeting will be confirmed shortly.
If you registered your child with the RMMHA, whether they played for the Richmond Royals, Osgoode Richmond Romans, Ottawa Valley Silver Seven or Upper Canada Cyclones, you are entitled to attend and vote (one vote per member) at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Your participation and input is crucial to the continued success of the Association.
The agenda includes, but may not be limited to; opening remarks, approval of minutes of the 2025 AGM, questions on director’s reports from the floor, motions to be considered, new business, election of Officers and closing. To conserve time, reports will NOT be read at the meeting. Reports will be available here a week prior to the AGM, and a physical copy will be available before the meeting for review.
The following are the Director positions whose terms have expired or are vacant. Please complete
this form to submit a nomination by
April 8, 2026. Please ensure that nominees areaware that they have been nominated and are willing to accept the nomination. The
RMMHA Constituion provides a general overview of each position. If you have an interest in any of these positions, and would like more information about them, please let us know.
The following positions are up for election. Each position is expected to be held for a 2-year term, unless otherwise noted:
President – Jim Wallace to run again
Vice President, Competitive – Seamus Dewan to run again
Director of Hockey Programs – Vacant
Treasurer – Patrick McIver to run again
Registrar – Jimmy Falcioni not standing again
Director of Risk & Safety (one year exception) – Dalyn Flatt not standing again
Director of Fundraising – Tara Shea to run again
Ice Scheduler – Andy Hassan to run again
Director of Equipment (one year exception) – Shawn Simmonds not standing again
Note that there are proposed changes to the Constitution that will be considered at the AGM.
